Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the severely damaged road located in front of my house on Green Park Street in Sector 12.

The condition of this road has deteriorated significantly over the past few months. There are numerous potholes and uneven surfaces, which have made it extremely difficult for both pedestrians and drivers to use it safely. During the rainy season, these potholes fill with water, increasing the risk of accidents and causing inconvenience to residents. Furthermore, the poor condition of the road has also led to frequent traffic congestion in the area.

I would like to request the local council to take immediate action to repair and resurface the road. Proper drainage facilities should also be installed to prevent further damage in the future. Addressing this issue promptly would greatly improve safety and ease of movement for all residents.

I look forward to your prompt response and necessary action.

Yours faithfully,

[Your Name]
