Honestly speaking, I come from a very remote area of my country. It’s a small village, so there aren’t many shops, cafés, or stores that open here. But the last time I remember, a new bakery opened up, I suppose around a couple of months ago, probably at the end of August. The bakery is known as Knit Bakers. It’s quite a popular chain in my area, famous for delicious cookies, cakes, and cheesecakes. Cheesecake is one of my favorites—I buy it almost every time I visit.

I actually found out about this bakery through a friend of mine who lives nearby. He told me about it the very next day after it opened. Being a foodie with a sweet tooth, my friend and I decided to go there. When we visited, it was quite a unique shop—spacious and with most of the cakes and pastries on display. One of the best parts was that at one counter, they offered us a sample of their latest products. I tried a pastry, and the taste was so mesmerizing that I bought some for my family and also picked up some cookies for my morning tea.

Overall, the aroma and vibe of the place were so inviting that it quickly became one of my favorite shops. Now, whenever I need something sweet, it’s my go-to place. I’ve even built a good rapport with the owner, and we have friendly conversations whenever I visit. So that’s the shop that recently opened and has become one of my favorites.
